Accept Jesus

Salvation & Rededication

The Good News

Salvation

All of us have sinned and deserving the penalty for our sin.
The Gospel, or good news, is that even though He was completely sinless, JESUS chose to sacrifice Himself and take the punishment of death that we deserve for our sin because He loves us. Then He rose from the dead with power over sin and eternal death. So, the debt for our sin is fully paid. All we have to do is accept His sacrifice and respond to His call to relationship.

Heavenly Father, I believe that you love me. I believe that you want me to experience your love and peace, and that you desire to have a close, personal relationship with me. My sins have separated me from you, but because of your great love, you provided the perfect solution. I believe you sent your son Jesus to live a perfect life and take my punishment by dying on the cross and rising from the grave. He did this all because of your desire to save me and make me your own. Thank you Jesus for your love and sacrifice. You are my savior and my Lord. Make me like You. Amen!

Be Confident That God Heard You

Romans 10:13 – For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord, will be saved.

Coming Back To God

What the Bible says about returning to God

Luke 15:19-24: I am no longer worthy to be called your son. Treat me as one of your hired servants. 20And he arose and came to his father. But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and felt compassion, and ran and embraced him and kissed him. 21And the son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you. I am no longer worthy to be called your son.’ 22But the father said to his servants, ‘Bring quickly the best robe, and put it on him, and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet. 23And bring the fattened calf and kill it, and let us eat and celebrate. 24 For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found.’ And they began to celebrate.

John 6:37: All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away.

Isaiah 53:62: All of us like sheep have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way; but the LORD has caused the iniquity of us all to fall on Him.

1 John 1:9: If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.

A Prayer Of Rededication

Pray this prayer slowly and sincerely, from your heart:

Heavenly Father, I know that you have never stopped loving me and have always wanted the best for me. I have turned my back on You, but I believe You are bigger than my faults and Your arms are open. Today, I surrender my heart to you, again. Begin a new work in me. Transform me into the person that You created me to be, and I will be forever grateful.
AMEN!
